Ta-Da Tuesday... All good things come to an end.

Hey Everyone!!

Thanks so much for coming by to link up your projects each Tuesday for the last year. It has been so much fun seeing everyone's awesome ideas, tutorials, and projects each week. You all inspire me so much! Which makes me sad to say that after a lot of thinking about it, I have decided to quit doing Ta-Da Tuesday's each week... for one reason.

My family. I want to be a better mom and wife.

Blogging takes time away from my kids and hubby- no if's, and's, or but's about it. Even though I mainly blog at night when my girls are asleep, there are times when I have a deadline and make exceptions. Don't get me wrong- I still love blogging, and I am not quitting by any means, but I feel like taking away one post per week is going to lighten my load and give that much more time to my family.

I hope that you guys understand and still stick with me even though I don't have my party each week! xoxo, Ashley

  2. Ashley, I commend you on your decision. It is a delicate balance, and your family should come first. I've only been a follower for a very short while, but I will be back to see what beautiful creations you come up with. I hope you'll come visit Posed Perfection when you have some time. Have a wonderful week. Blessings to you and your sweet family.

  3. I'll be here! It is so hard to balance blogging and family. Luckily I read your blog because you are awesome, not because of your party ; ) Spending time with your family is way more important.

  5. I'll always say "real life" is much more important than blogging. The great thing is that whether while blogging or in real life, you'll find all the real friends you made are still there if you pop in twice a week or don't hear from them for a month or a year at a time. I'll happily read your posts however frequently or infrequently they come!

  11. I think your decision is a fabulous one! There will always be time for our blogs, but our babies will grow up fast and start their own lives. Better to squeeze every moment you can out of today. :) I know we'll all keep visiting your fabulous blog to be inspired by your creativity! Enjoy your family time!! xoxo

  17. Way to go Ashley! I've been feeling the same way about blogging. It's fun, but am I going to look back on my life and think "gee I wish I had blogged more" or "wow, I missed out on *being* there for my kids." I so admire you and this is helping me make the same move in my life. Less is more.
