Guest Post: Lil Luna

Hi there Mommy by Day, Crafter by Night Readers!!
My name is Kristyn, and I blog over a Lil' Luna.
Come on over and say hi and you will find lots of fun and easy tutorials, recipes, crafts, printables and more!

I'm so happy to be here today.
I love Ashley!

Isn't she a doll?
We have never met in real life, but I like to pretend we are friends IRL{we event text!} LOL

Any who, I wanted to share with you guys some fun and spooky Halloween Jar Labels.

I made 4 kinds as well as blank ones so you could add your own text.

 and then right-click and save}.

I wanted to show you guys one of the many uses for them.

I wanted to add mine to a candy-filled jar to give to a friend for Halloween.

I didn't have sticker paper, so instead I printed out my label to the size I wanted it, mod podged it onto some vinyl, and then let it dry. From there, I cut it out, peeled off the back {so it became a sticker} and added it to my jar.

Easy, right?!

You can even cut it out, hole punch it and tie it around a bag of candy.

Super easy. Super cute. And Super creepy.

And if you are looking to make some DIY Apothecary Jars like the one I have above, you can find tutorials all over Blogland, but there are some HERE, HERE, and HERE.

I hope everyone has a SPooooKY Halloween filled with lots of tricks and treats!

Be sure to come on over and say hi over at Lil' Luna.
And if you're looking for some more Halloween fun, you can check out some of my latest Halloween Creations on my blog!

{Just click on the pics above to go to that tutorial}

Thanks again for having me Ashley!

XO - Kristyn

  1. Those are really fun! Printing those out for next year!

  2. Kristyn,
I was searching for blank Halloween labels & ta-da!!! There your post was! Even better, I was thinking I would have use them to make a label for our jar of fingers but you took care of me again! Come & see that I used your blank labels to create "Phoenix Tears" & "Dash of Devastation (Only to be used at Midnight)"! Thank you for generously sharing these!

  3. I love the "Worms" label. I'd actually like to use it for my son's fishing themed bday party. Is there a way to take off the "antidote for most kinds of poisons" part? I copied and saved the label into Microsoft word but I can't figure out how to edit the text? Thanks so much!!

  4. Larrie- Thanks so much for your comment. This was actually a quest post by one of my friends... She blogs over at You could hop over to her blog and find her info to email her and ask her more. Thanks, Ashley

Thanks for taking the time to comment. I honestly love reading every single one! If you have a question you would like answered- be sure to include your email so that I can get back to you!

Thanks so much for stopping by! Have a great day!
